A true heirloom knit imbued with character and charm, our wee Bonny Cardigan greets the world with the brightness and love that inhabits each handheld stitch and artful touch. Made in a delightful curation of salvaged crocheted afghans chosen for their warm colourways, unique patterns and sublime textures, a small but mighty jumper with a high-waisted cut and magnificently puffed shoulder was always the vision, and remains an enduring favourite through and through. Adorned with authentic handcrafted leather shank buttons made in Canada in the 1970s and arriving this season with a flourish of fibre-forward folk art, our small batch series of crewelwork embroidery was created locally using an antique brass flower loom with origins traced back to the 1940s. The perfect, effortless pairing with camisoles, denim and dresses as the seasons shift, this ultra special forever piece is designed to be treasured for years to come.

Materials: 100% repurposed knit and crocheted blankets in premium wool and acrylic blends.

As always, Honeybea pieces are made responsibly with hand-picked and thoughtfully revitalized vintage, thrifted and despairingly distressed or displaced historic heirloom textiles, expertly hand-cut, preserved and sewn locally in small batches.
