All orders are processed between 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. All Domestic and International shipments include tracking details.
LOCAL PICK UPs
Local pick ups are always available! Please email loveisall@honeybea.ca to schedule your pick up from our little studio on the lane.
Domestic shipping
Domestic shipping costs are for UPS standard service and Canada Post for PO boxes. Expedited shipping options are available. Please expect 2-5 business days for arrival once your order has shipped.
International Shipping
International and US parcels are subject to local import and duty fees which are the responsibility of the receiver. If you have further questions please contact your local customs office. Estimated arrival time for international shipping is between 1 to 4 weeks depending on the destination and carrier option selected at checkout.Â
DHL is available for select regions. Please reach out to loveisall@honeybea.ca for more details.
Once the package has left our studio, UPS, Canada Post, USPS or DHL is responsible for the package. Any delays or lost or stolen packages are the responsibility of the courier. Â
