As a gesture of neighbourly friendship, all orders within North America will ship with a flat rate of $10. Import fees for US customers including tariffs imposed by president Donald Trump can range from 0–30% of the order value and will be paid by the recipient C.O.D at the time of delivery. Please note that because our pieces are made from recycled and repurposed textiles, import fees tend to fall on the lower end of this range, and are sometimes exempt entirely, however these fees are determined at customs and are outside of our control. No guarantees can be made and returns due to import fees will not be permitted. We are so grateful for your continued support and hope you can bear with us as we navigate these tricky times while remaining as transparent and optimistic as possible.
