Description

If you saw this bag in real life you would stop in your tracks and say hello to whoever was carrying it. Grand, bright and so full of life, our oversized Basket Bag brings a smile, and so, so much storage. Inspired by a giant woven tote found at sea by the kind fisherfolk of Lunenburg Nova Scotia on a trip that changed my life, I have never loved a bag so much and here’s why. Light as air and holding its shape before anything even goes in it, I love knowing I’ve got space for whatever lies ahead. A short, plush strap made from scratch with a deadstock piping cord we wrapped ourselves, and stiffened with a trial-and-error concoction of multiple types of fusing, she is truly perfect, fully lined with an interior pocket, and we are so thrilled to welcome her to our collection. Antique shows, farmers markets, beach days and weekends away, this is a life piece you will fall in love with, over and over again and we like to think about all those special times to come.

Due to the nature of this very special and limited collection, all pieces are final sale.

Made With Love in Toronto Since 2003.
